An Upcoming Highland Feature Film
Brocken Spectre is a feature film currently being made in the Scottish Highlands by ambitious young filmmaker, Fergus Thom.
Loosely based on the legend of the Big Grey Man of Ben MacDhui - a mythical creature who is said to roam the Cairngorm Mountains - Brocken Spectre follows the journey of Olivia, a young adult, as she breaks free of her structured and monotonous city life in pursuit of a new start in Highlands. Buying a remote bothy nestled in the mountains, she settles with little drama. However, it's not long before the echoing footsteps of Ben MacDhui find their way to her.
